Gracie was a rescue adopted from Kansas City Doberman Rescue that showed aptitude at seven months for search work.  She received her Canine Good Citizen and certified through Michigan Search and Rescue in Human Remains Detection.  She was nominated in 2014 for Doberman Pinscher Club of America’s Judith Fellton Memorial Award for outstanding achievements by a rescued Doberman and is a Kansas City Doberman Rescue Ambassador.  Gracie was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy in 2016 and retired to couch potato status.  She still enjoys working short problems at home.
